Fab Feathers!

Banish visions of the Pussycat Dolls from your thoughts, darlings, and think: luxury, whimsy, and elegance. Feathers are the new fur! Just as sumptuous -- and far more humane, we might add. CC is positively tickled by all the feathers she saw on the runways for fall!
From plume-adorned hats to floor grazing dresses, there were numerous flights of fancy!

At top right: Emily Blunt featured in the March 2007 issue of Vanity Fair.

A feather in your cap?
Why, yes!

Betsey Johnson feathered vest - proof that the trend can be edgy and youthful!

Ah, the boa! Leave it to Herve Leger . . .

Luca Luca floor length black strapless gown with sweetheart neckline and train - CC can totally see Cameron D or Natalie Portman rocking the red carpet in this stunner!

Just the right amount of plumage, in a rich, rusty shade.

Angel Sanchez (a fave of Sandy Bullock!) - what a unique neckline!

Dennis Basso dress - ethereal beauty!

Love how it's paired with gold sandals!

during a december trip to frigid london some years ago i dared to wear a hat for the first time in my life (i always thought i looked ugly in them). now i can't live withouth them and my collection keeps growing day by day.
feathers were a bit too daring for me until i saw your post, but, well, guess i'll have to travel to london again and open myself up once again... and do some shopping as well, of course hehe
