Pink and orange is one of my favorite combos.

Wendy B- I agree! I LOVE pink and orange. I went nuts over Dior's collection a couple of seasons ago with that Valley of the Dolls-like vibe. Thank you CC - I am hooked on your blog.

I'm actually a firm believer that pink and green go splendidly together and red and purple always looks regale.

Great post, it's good to break out of the ordinary!

I love them all. It's definitely some wonderful colors. I didn't know some of them would look so well together, but they do.

Hmmmmm... I just don't know about these ensembles! However the purse on the head might come in handy when carrying a lot of shopping bags. Or when you're at a place you do not want to set your purse down.
ENJOY your day!

I love love clashing colours. I think they're fun and break up any sort of routine to your clothes. Definitely shows that you have a more fun side to dressing up too!

Thanks for the compliment!

Now clash I can do, as I'm always clashing my outfits anyway, example:
today I'm sporting a... electric blue cardie a abstract 50's style bold, brush stroke floral print T-shirt
followed by an neon orange pleated skirt and last but not least...fuchisa ribbed tights. Oh and as if that wasn't already OTT I've pooped a polka dot bow in my hair, ha ha! For good measure.
OK that's enough of the outfit description, me think's!
Peace and Bows...

fantastic post! I love mixing together unexpected colors but always fear that I look weird. I'm gonna have to try out some of these.

prettyneons said...

well thank you, I will ponder over the outfit post... However I feel I'm best sticking to the writing, and leave the outfit post's to those who truly do it best, ha ha ;)
However I *promise I will consider the suggestion.
Bye for now,

A purse on the head - only Mizrahi would come up with something that clever.

But I'm in a black mood, what's happening????
Just a phase I assume, because I'm brave enough for all of that.

Are you going to do your ABC for Spring? I can't wait for it. it's always soooooooooooo good.

Colourrrrrr :) LOVE it, I would happily wear any colour combination, bring it on. I am indeed rather pleased to see this trend, I have never been one to avoid clashing colours, provided it is done with a careful eye.

The Luella blue and green combo was delightful, as was the Paul Smith. And I loved the vibrancy of Matthew Williamson.
