DIY is the best way to getting exactly what you want ...for less! And you're totally unique because of it.

I LOVE your latest header/banner! Fab!

I think I'm going to skip the ripped jeans look this time around. Except for the old pair with the hole in the knee from when I took a tumble on the sidewalk in 2005!

Such a pretty color in that tee! Good luck everyone in winning!

It's so cool to see blogger style reflected in the real fashion world!

i am so envious of those that DIY! i am smitten for the bracelet and the bow and i think they're earings..(gray colored pair)

Miss Yaya said...

I have been dying to make my own bracelets and necklaces and headbands AND ... let me stop... I seem to have more time to want and to shop for the supplies than I do for the creation! lol

I am loving those ribbon necklaces with the stones in between - kind of a ruffled look but not really. So descriptive I am.

Wanderlusting said...

Can Canadian's enter? pretty please???

I'm not big on distressing (not really my style) but I love that cuff from Shopbop! So pretty :)

Frock Around the Clock said...

Thanks so much for having this giveaway! I'd be so grateful to win.

I love the "shoelery!" Great post - when I hear "deconstructed" I usually think of clothing, so it was nice to see a variety of items. Thanks!

Stephanie said...

The "Tied Up and Tangled" necklace is very cute! It's not something I'd normally go for but this one caught my eye. Anyone know where the inspiration for using something as simple as safety pins comes from?

verticalechllngd said...

The first time I saw "Shoelery" it made me chuckle! How interesting and unique!! I look forward to seeing more..

Alyse said...

I don't care what the gossip sites say about them- when it comes to style, the Olsens know what they're doing!

i'm always intrigued by that type of jewelry and i even buy a couple pieces here and there, but i get too intimidated to wear them! i'm such a wuss when it comes to accessories!

ZombieLace said...

I love these deconstructed looks! They don't know it yet, but there are already some articles of clothing in my closet who are marked for the operating table. Safety pins and scissors, my kind of project!

I'm so happy about the diy trend. It fits me perfectly since I'm pretty broke, and pretty creative;)
Thanks for new inspiration, lots of gorgeous stuff here!
