There are some fascinating looks here, and I love the shiny black fabric, but you're right, the looks still resemble garbage bags.

I hadn't noticed before. I'm not sure if I would had done or not, but you're right.
particularly the first dress you display. It blooms out, just like a bin liner bag.
I never know what to think with the trash bag looking garments, they sometimes look quite good on the catwalk...but then I think they would never look that fantastic in a real situation!

I think it depends on the style and material.. Some of them are too trash bag-y, whereas others are head-turning..
I'm not against it if the material looks good..
this is one of those looks that i know i will never be able to pull of!!! would prob looks fantastic on the likes of mary-kate though!
