Dangerous Liaisons

CC introduces fashion that alarms, and may even harm!!

Allesandro Dell'Acqua spiked skirt – beautiful to behold but perhaps not comfortable to sit on?

What to buy? Fellow Fashionista Made by Girl introduced CC to these fierce accessories by Pamela Love, whose eagle claw cuff is pictured at left. This line can be purchased at Eva New York, on Mulberry Street. Click here for more information.
Fallon spiked ring.

Last but not least: this Zac Posen “earringnecklace” for Spring 2009 may not be spike-adorned, but it certainly looks cumbersome! Do you dare enter fashion’s danger zone??

If I were to try out this trend, I'd probably go with the ring or necklace

And I thought some of my designs were ferocious!

Wow, I think it's too fierce for me to pull off though :P

I do like the ring.

And how in the world does that Dell'Acqua skirt work? :)

Wow! You could kill someone with those things! 'Death by ring'! Hehe!
I like the ring & the shoes, maybe the bracelet but I'm not punk enough for that.

I love all that stuff! I'd do it if I had someplace to wear it.

I'm loving the vampiness for fall.

I love the first shoes. And I've got a spiky bracelt, haven't worn that in a while...

This stuff is creepy, amazing...and highly impractical ;) I'm pretty sure if you tried to get on a plane with any of these accessories, they would call you in for questioning.

I think it speaks to the anxiety that people feel in the world. Soon, armor will find its way into haute couture.

Lurve the Bing Bang dagger charm braclet,it is so interesting! wow i remember my shock when I first saw the Rodarte heels, which was awe ;o)
I'd actually wear them Carrie, probably with a really understated outfit.I am lusting after the Burberry cuffs too! Best not to get to close to anyone in them though ;o)

The skirt kind of look like cake icing decorations!

I love the ring! I have to say a little spike here and there certainly brings a dangerous element to any garment - it's totally a look I love :D

Myriam said...

Those rodarte heels are hunting me!! Is it a sign that I might need them?

Rodarte made their collection so badass for this season :]

Those really are some dangerous pieces. The YSL Fall 2008 shoes are also alittle on the daring side too. I'm strangly attracted to those Rodarte's though. <3

I love all that Rodarte collection...The way they mix delicate garments with spikey punkish shoes, it works so well.
