Layering has officially become an art form, darlings! Trans-seasonal amalgams make for a year-round wardrobe! As we shift from winter to spring (and vice versa, in the Southern hemisphere!), the need for a malleable outfit is all the more pressing!

A novelist.

Artwork by my brother, my mother, myself and Fellow Fashionista Sara Morante; an inspiration wall with pictures from all my favorite mags; 2 Japanese prints; and a large oval mirror over my bureau.

What is your plan for tomorrow?

A quick run in Elizabeth Park, errands, and prepping to teach my Pilates class.

1) I have four siblings but I am only close with two of them.

4) I am a total Gossip Girl addict.
5) I battle constantly to keep my weight down; otherwise it hurts too much to run… Ironic, isn’t it?
6) Since I have had several careers, it is always interesting to see how my acquaintances “label” me – lawyer, teacher, Pilates & Yoga instructor, writer, blogger, fashionista…
7) Watching reruns of Family Guy while flipping through the glossies is my preferred way to spend my leisure time!
