I LIVE for Vivienne Westwood's interpretation and Sony Rykiel's look is equally stunning. I actually used to hate "mullet" gowns lol, but when they are done right they look incredible.

Interesting dresses but not one of them is really beautiful. Good garments are hard to find, even in the fashion world. And the models too are way too thin these days.

MizzJ said...

I do agree with Helena, the models are all way too thin these days, but the gowns are surprisingly interesting! I love the Elie Saab, and the Sonia Rykiel is totally fierce. Mullets - much better on gowns than on hair!

i like this cut overall, i think it is always flattering, no matter what ur bodyshape is.

Hehe mullet dressing is a lot dreamier than an actual mullet. ;)

I like the idea of having a "train" feeling without the burden of an actual train.

Love the McQueen gown! Love the drape, but the funky fabric gives it an extra touch of fun...

Mullet dressing that is so funny to me. I love the look, I am not sure how it will transfer to ready to wear but will look forward to seeing who is brave enough to try.

Love the blog by the way

I like a slight,not a super-deep mullet. I find that it looks too fish-tail-y then . . .

love the idea of a mullet dress! the first one really stands out to me, i particularly like the orange in it.

i love "mullet" dresses. and it may be just me, but i think they make your legs look longer and leaner.

btw, how do you come up w/such different "trends" and styles everyday? it amazes me. :)

i have a dress like this! i feel sort of like i'm wearing a cape when it's on, very floaty!

I am DYING over the multicolored floral one that's mini length in the front-4th from top in Left column accessorized with the cuban-ish hat. LOVE.
