Darlings, April 16 is National Scrunchie Day, and CC is celebrating by watching Heathers, the fabulous 1988 flick starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. If you haven't seen it, CC is assigning it as haute homework!

I didn't know this day existed. Scrunchies are practical and chic.
Those scrunchies look fabulous, and much easier to use than ribbons, barrettes,
and most other accessories for tying the hair back. I hadn't noticed their use by celebrities until now.
They look very feminine, fun and pretty.
