Nadia created her restaurants and online shop as an ode to the Chinese restaurant her parents opened in the1980s.

Finding inspiration in her mom’s home cooking and family recipes, Ms. Liu Spellman prides herself in offering authentic Chinese flavors, crafted with legacy, to everyone!

The Cookbook! The recipe that started it all needed to not only be written down but shared with all who craved it! Nadia launched her cookbook with her mother, celebrity chef, Sally Ling in 2022, The Dumpling Daughter Cookbook: Heirloom recipes from our restaurants and home kitchens.
