Shabby Apple Dress Giveaway!

Darlings, CC is so excited to be hosting another Shabby Apple giveaway! As you know, Shabby Apple has some of the most gorgeous women's dresses out there, and this lovely Spanish Steps frock is no exception! CC actually has this lovely dress, so she is even more thrilled that one lucky CC reader will also be wearing this dress shortly, too!
