    Fabulous picks! In the 80's I smothered on cobalt/royal eyeliner and mascara and I swear I'm smiling dreamily in every photo....20 plus years later and I sill find it an uplifting colour :)

    LOVE royal blue. Next to red, I think most women look bold and strong in royal blue. It's a statement color and I love the dresses you selected!
