  40. I think Phoebe for Celine really kickstarted this leather resurgence. The good news for smart shoppers is that there is a lot of vintage leather out there - I've picked up some gorgeous pencil skirts off ebay for a pittance in the past.

  43. Usually I'm not a fan of leather skirts, but these actually look flattering. I like a lot of the new cuts. They're more high fashion than biker and they look like a lot of regular women could really pull them off.
