CC just adores a coat whose tails graze the ground as she walks… but alas, they are so hard to find! There were some gorgeous versions on the runway, however… enjoy, darlings! Photos via style.com.

Tell CC, darlings: Which topper do you find most tantalizing?
Do you wear full length coats in the winter? Or do you prefer shorter jackets? Understandably, many women reserve long coats for more formal occasions. Go crazy once in a while though, darlings, and wear those lengthy lovelies for day!
xoxox,
CC
Wow. There are some great coats in here. But without a doubt, the Naeem Khan is my favorite. What color!
ReplyDeleteLanvin and Jean Paul Gaultier Couture created stunning long coats I am in love!!
ReplyDeleteI'm back!!! Lol
ReplyDeleteTo be honest though, I have never been able to do the long coat. I think I am too short for it :S
But nothing looks better than a long sweeping coat on a statuesque dame!
Stunning, but I prefer the middle long coat. :-)
ReplyDeleteXoXo
wow, you picked out some great coats carrie! Love them!

I don't typically do long long coats, but it wouldn't take too much to convince me to wear the Byblos white one :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Friday!
Oh the drama!
ReplyDeletereally adore the Max Mara coat...
ReplyDeleteX
I prefer shorter jackets, hip-length coats, and 3/4 length coats myself. The thing with long coats is that on someone who's more petite, you'd probably have to chop off quite a bit from the hem for the desired length. :-)
ReplyDeleteHappy friday to you, CC!
ReplyDeleteYou truly picked some amazing coats! I honestly have to say that I would prefer a jacket or a shorter coat with cropped sleeves..maybe ;)
Enjoy your weekend!!!!
Love most Loewe and Max Mara!Other one so sexy and other classy.I think long coat is very practical for cold winter. If i m in Finland winter time i prefer full lenght coat, just to keep myself warm:)
ReplyDeleteNuheila
i love long coats!
ReplyDeletebut when you have a long black coat you look like a freaky goth!

I usually prefer shorter coats in the winter, although some of these have really caught my eye. I particularly like the Jean Paul Gaultier one.
ReplyDeletegreat picks!
ReplyDeleteHmmm. For me my dear it must be the Lanvin and the Max Mara. A good long coat over a short(ish) skirt is a terrific look. A modest flash of leg warms a winter up nicely.
ReplyDeleteBon fin de semaine and my very warmest double cheeked besous ...
I love the goth images OMG! sooo great, I can't help it... I wouldn't wear anything like that but I love seeing it...

ReplyDeleteif only LA would ever get chilly enough to enjoy a long coat
ReplyDeleteWow, gorgeous coats. I had a floor length leather as a teenager. I wouldn't do the floor-trailing thing now. I didn't grow much and I don't know if I can pull it off at 5'1"! Still, MK does it and it does look fabulous.
ReplyDeleteWow I love that Vivienne Westwood one its Fab
