Hello CC!!!

ReplyDeleteCC, i adore the last chain belt. yah for chains.
ReplyDeleteyeah, such much inspiration =)!
ReplyDeleteIt took me a while to accept the chain trend, as I longed for the days of Chanel chain belts and necklaces, but I love the idea now. The Michael Kors neckpiece is amazing...very strong and bold, which contrasts great with the feminine color and silhouette of the dress. I love Siriano's shoes (I didn't know he could design shoes so well!). I also adore Junya Watanabe's look, the Lacroix jewelry and the Albino look...and I want those black Burberry bangles!
ReplyDeleteChains make me feel like I am a rockstar's girlfriend - helpful, since I AM going out with a rockstar :P
ReplyDeleteI've got a new chain necklace with turqouise stone on right now and am awaiting a chain belt to arrive from F21 today :) I think it's the perfect foil to my feminine looks!
Great post!
Loving chains on anything! I feel like after people DIY and stud everything, DIY with chains are next.. or have already begun. Fab post!
ReplyDeletexo, Becs

ReplyDeleteHmm I'm quietly impressed with Baby Phat lately; it's been more trendy urban than ghetto fab in its latest creations. This chain is sooo flaming hot! I can't wait to loop tons of chains around my neck, or wear my chunky necklaces as a bracelet.
ReplyDeletei will never get the givenchy ads out of my mind!
ReplyDeleteseriously loving the maison margiela chains.
insanely cool.

ReplyDeleteHi there! Alison visiting from La Jeune Styliste!!
ReplyDeletegreat post, I feel like I need to go buy something with chains asap!
I love chains :) I really wanted this huge chunky knit chain link scarf that Benetton had a few winters back. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI'm such a sucker for cute necklaces! They just add flavor to any top.
ReplyDeleteCarrie, I love this post! I've been obsessed with a chain necklace just made a couple of days ago, & your post just sums up all the energy that comes with it.
ReplyDeletethe thick chains that look like they belong on a gate look dark and seductive but i think too many chains takes away from the shape or the beauty of the outfit on a woman because all your attention is directed to the array of chains instead of how that fit her so i think you can wear them but just one around the waist and a hot dress on is extremely hot
ReplyDeleteCC! I love the Roberto Cavalli top!
ReplyDeleteSo I was reading about chains...but somehow it doesn't become real until YOU say so! :)
I love ANYTHING and EVERYTHING a little bit rock and roll...and chains fit the bill!
I hope Tuesday was fabulous my favorite! XOXO, Liz

DEFINITELY off the chain (one of my favorite things about your blog are your funny little puns you come up with ;~D)... I love how they are so rough and masculine, but paired with really feminine pretty women and clothes. I want a really long chain link in gold to wear as a necklace.
ReplyDeleteThe bag of Diane Von furstenberg is SO beautiful!
