Part II. Tagged by Fellow Fashionistas My Pretty Little Head and Trisch Express to respond to the following super survey. It’s so cool how the questions have morphed as the tag is passed around the blogosphere!
What are your current obsessions?
Perfect posture, overstuffed chairs, Kanye West’s new album, and Beggar’s Purses (pictured via epicurious.com; Brooks chair at potterybarn.com).

What is your weirdest obsession?
Big Texas hair; at right, an Italian Vogue editorial from September 2008, photographed by Craig McDean.

What are you wearing today? Grey Superfine skinnies, Mossimo tank from Target, Banana Republic camel blazer, Loeffler Randall boots, and Michael Kors sunnies.

Why is today special?
CC has an interview for a new Pilates gig at the Hartford Golf Club- tres chic!

What would you like to learn to do?
Play tennis [Vogue by Miles Aldridge at left] and sew. If CC could make her own clothes, she’d be a force to be reckoned with, non?

What’s for dinner today?
Grilled chili-lime shrimp atop a salad of Bibb lettuce, edamame, tomatoes, avocado and blue cheese crumbles. Bring some Sauvignon Blanc and dine with CC!

What’s the last thing you bought?
This striped silk gown from Victoria’s Secret.

What are you listening to right now?
iTunes DJ queue: Steely Dan, Imogen Heap, LCD Soundsystem, and Interpol.

What is your most challenging goal right now?
Not snacking in the middle of the afternoon.

What do you think about the person who tagged you?
My Pretty Little Head is an amazing new blogger – so impressed with her work so far! And Trisch is so fabulously fashionable and erudite – a pleasure to visit!

If you could have a house totally paid for, fully furnished anywhere in the world, where would you like it to be?
Manhattan! At right, the view from the penthouse at 15 Central Park West, pictured via Vanity Fair.

What would you like to get rid of?
6 pounds.

What would you like to acquire?
These Christian Louboutin Robot 120 ankle boots from net-a-porter.com.

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next week, where would you go?
This house in Abu Dhabi (pictured via pointclickhome.com).

Which language(s) do you want to learn?
French and Portuguese.

Who do you want to meet in person?
President Obama, Nigel Barker, Jennifer Aniston and photographic duo Mert & Marcus (this is one of theirs for W).

What’s your favorite part about the town/city you live in?
West Hartford Center – it is like a little village with tons of fabulous shops and restaurants and such. Of course there is a Starbucks and a Crate & Barrel, both of which CC adores!

What are your favorite pieces of clothing in your own closet?
La Petite Salope bustiers, Richard Tyler blazers, Pedro Garcia boots, and Alexandra Neel sandals.

What is your dream job?

Editor in Chief, U.S. Vogue (sorry AW! Love you!)

If you had $500 now, what would you spend it on?
Botox. No, seriously.
Fashion pet peeve?
Terry cloth anything.

Do you admire anyone's style?
(CC is so predictable!) Sienna Miller, Rachel Bilson, Kate Moss, Coco Rocha, Lady Gaga
Describe your personal style: adventurous; sophisticated; polished
Whose fashion show(s) would you want tickets to?
Rodarte, Marc Jacobs, Dolce & Gabbana, Louis Vuitton, Sonia Rykiel, Gucci and DSquared2 (pictured at right via style.com).

CC tags all of her Fellow Fashionistas to rework this questionnaire and answer its queries – even just a few! It’s so fabulously fun to learn more about you, darlings!
xoxox,
CC

Love the questionnaire answers :) You had me reading every one, especially with the little pictures complementing each answer.

I've come by to say hi because I was recently deleting my old blog posts, back from the day when I didn't have the time or inspiration to blog and you were one of my first commenters! Wanted to say thank you for giving a little lowly blogger with about 2 posts on her site some encouragement back then :)

Can we exchange links? I'm putting you on my blogroll anyway - I hope thats okay!

xoxo
