CC
Hi CC,
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! Very interesting and lovely loooook!
kisses: Janet
I really like this shape, already have a couple of dressess like this, they are so comfy and stylish at the same time!!!
ReplyDeleteChanel resort is my kind of style... a dream on the golden age of the Riviera...
ReplyDeleteVolume scares me a bit, but looks nice on the models!
ReplyDeleteI have had four Volvo's and I loved them all. I however do not love boxy clothes. I look like a Hummer in them. Not pretty.;-)
ReplyDeletexoxo
Love the 'heart' dress. So colorfull. *.*
ReplyDeleteLol that AD.. from CRAZY PEOPLE! i that that's the only thing i remember from that movie besides daryl hannah!
ReplyDeleteI just always like comming thru to see you babygurl.
ReplyDeleteAdoro las dos últimas fotos! son muy muy muy inspiradoras,
ReplyDeletebesos!
I love the voluminous look yet somehow, it's still kept at a minimal level. =]
ReplyDeleteThanks for the comment, sweet CC!<3
Maison Martin Margiela and the last three is my favourites 'boxy' looks!
ReplyDeleteFM
i looove the white Antonio Berardi dress. it's sooo classic and perfect. and of course the raquel shredded dress is amazing! i want to DIY soo bad! love this post!
ReplyDeletei do enjoy a short boxy dress. i think long ones really dwarf me as i am only 5'4"... : )
ReplyDeleteHmm interesting pieces, but this shape looks a little hard to wear for the regular person - you just end up actually looking like a box!
ReplyDeleteVolume is just THE thing. MMM, Calvin Klein, Hussein Chalayan... I love the structuralism / or the loose of it. Really fantastic !
ReplyDeleteAnd the post is huge !
To be honest I'm a bit afraid of volume... if I look like a box???
ReplyDeleteI love my belts!
But they seem comfy...
Thanks for sharing dear CC
xoxo
definitely an interesting shape...but i think you have to be on the lean side to rock it
ReplyDeleteHaha - love the boxy ad and the look!
ReplyDeleteThese models look great in your voluminous finds, but every time I try on something slouchy or voluminous I just end up feeling frumpy and wanting to cinch it all with a thick belt. :-)
ReplyDeletelove boxy look, but it can easily go wrong, like the topic!!!

Hi there-I badly want the maison Martin Margiela dress-divine!
ReplyDeleteI'm not that fond of big dresses. I'm not tall and I kind of disappear when I wear too large dresses. But when I put on a belt in the waist the dresses looks extremely different and much more suitable..
ReplyDeletexx
Hello's...wow the bold striking heart dress: I NEED, haha!
ReplyDeletePeace and Bows...
Prettyneons X
For the most part, I really love this look: the geometry and the color! But I think as a petite girl, I'd have to be careful- I could end up looking like a 5 year old in a magenta marshmallow.
ReplyDeleteThe last dress is stunning!
ReplyDeleteI am from Barcelona but I can't help hating Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, I think I've never liked anything she designed haha
But anyways, the rest are truly fantastic.
xx
Love boxy & oversized...so comfy!!!
ReplyDeleteWow. I am offically in love with the shift dress with the heart on it. So sweet!
ReplyDeleteoh my gosh! i adore that Laura Dawson robot dress - i must have it! :) thanks for sharing - fabulous post :) x
ReplyDeletehehe my family is the proud (er not) owner of a volvo!
ReplyDeletehaha, i loveee the giles- im slowly getting into colours now :)

ReplyDeletesome very interesting shapes. i looove the one with the heart on it - adorable!
ReplyDeleteI love the look, but let's face it...it is not the most flattering way to go now is it? Does that ever stop me? Nope!! Love the look and rock it more than I should!

Calvin Klein is the king of boxy beauty!
ReplyDeleteVolume is not for me. I always find that oversize things weirdly cling to any parts I (a) don't want to show (b) feel should be disguised by the bagginess. What's up with that?
ReplyDeleteI think this look can either look very good or quite bad. I think I will belt in something boxy or pair it with something sleek.
ReplyDeletei adore the margiela dress! i bought a shapeless boxy dress for prom. :D
ReplyDeleteHahah, I love the connection to the Volvo.
ReplyDeleteI love how comfortable these looks are and of course how stylish they are!
ReplyDeleteLOVELOVELOVE the 7th dress! its so fabulous!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful dresses, I loved the white ones
ReplyDeleteI really adore the first.. boxy but A-line.. oh so good!!!! Keep up the fab finds carrie!
ReplyDeleteeeek! so fun and stylish- and perfect for those "fat days"! hehe love it!
ReplyDeletexo
Yay! I love it when you collect similar designer's clothes pictures and post it like that! :)
ReplyDeleteHey CC :)
ReplyDeleteBoxy can be tricky.
I have 2 boxy dresses. As long as they are short and/or sleeveless I'll wear one. Otherwise I don't find them flattering, my body gets lost!
A good on is fab though - comfortable and an interesting shape.
xxx
The shapes are really special!
ReplyDeleteone of my favorite style is a boxy dress with a belt! love it!
ReplyDeleteHii
ReplyDeleteThanks :)
Wow, I absolutely love that designs from Antonio Berardi, Undercover, Maison Martin Margiela and all the electric blue ones! *.*

ReplyDeletehahahaha VOLVO's! hilariou CC>
ReplyDeletegreat post. i'm def into this shape...coming from someone who doesn't have shape at all..i am like a snake. haha xxxx LM
Mmmmm yussss volume is tops! All those tent dresses really allow you to indulge in tasty treats and pastries. Tehehe!
ReplyDeleteIn theory, 'boxy' instantly draws connotations of masculine cuts and unflattering shapes, but these are proof they can be chic! Love this post, CC! Good work x
ReplyDeleteLove the Raquel Allegra dresses.
ReplyDeletexx.
Yo no soy mucho de las formas tan geométricas, sin embargo me encanta cuando tienen caida. Por cierto, me encanta la selección de tu post anterior, las mariposas. Un beso ;)
ReplyDeletei love dresses w/ shapes like these, but i CAN NOT pull them off :(
ReplyDeleteit sucks!
haha
I like and I love an A-line dress :)
ReplyDeletea kiss for you girl!
ur posts are always such amazing moodboards! i really like the Lanvin ribbon necklace. Since i cannot afford one (some day!) i think i'll try to...make one - well similar one. *inspired*
