ReplyDeleteI love belts... I am belt fanatic fan! :D

Hi there-what a lovely selection, I love Jean Paul Gaultiers and the Missoni one best!
ReplyDeleteI love the Lacroix couture back-belt!
ReplyDeleteAnd thank you for commenting & liking my photos! :)
I love belts on other people but I HATE wearing them. I feel so uncomfortable.
ReplyDeleteSilks and jewel toned hues, I'm in love! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for the kind comment, my lovely Couture Carrie! xo
Indeed! Belt highlights the waist in such a beautiful way. I got one brown leather belt from Dries Van Noten I really love and some of your selection are true eye candy.
ReplyDeleteWooow thanks, I'm so glad you like it !
ReplyDeleteThis article is really impressive... I love belts, especially highwaisted... I wear them all the time ! I'm especially in love with the one from last Spring from Alessandro Dell'Acqua, the huge pink or blue... can't forget that shape !
He does beautiful belts, really...
And the McQueen, and.... woooow I love so much of them^^.
But this is a fantastic and inspiring selection, thanks !!
I was so happy to see this belt post today! I was looking in Harper's Bazaar and noticed that belts are still in....yippie! The only thing is, it can be so hard to find a reasonably priced oversized-that-does not-look-cheap belt.
ReplyDeleteI'm so thankful for the belt trend - how fun! And it can transfer even the most frumpy of outfits into something stylish and fun!
ReplyDeleteYesterday I tried on a Philip Lim dress that just hung on me - add a belt and some heels and voila! Completely different look :)
Love the post as always, dearest CC.
Great picks, I especially love the multi-stranded ones and the one tied into a bow - so unique and edgy. Sadly I find that belts are not the most flattering on me and far from defining a waist, only highlights my non-hourglass figure :(
ReplyDeleteHey CC, I'm a huge belt lover! Especially ones that are embellished to the max like those from Chanel and Dolce & Gabbana! I also really love 80s belt buckles.
ReplyDeleteHope you're having a great day luv :)
Never too many belts! The sales start in France and I bought a blue one today !
ReplyDeleteBelts pull together outfits like magic! These are all beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThe Cynthia Rowley bicycle belt is now on my wishlist!
So many belts - a girl can never have too many belts! I'll take the lot.
ReplyDeleteI've never been much of a belt girl, but I recently bought a replica of the black studded belt (on sale for $10--score!) SJP wore in the SATC movie and now I can't stop coming up with outfits to wear with it. :-)
ReplyDeleteHey i'll definitely tell my woman to come check yo page out she loves this fashion stuff
ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful belts. I only have three belts. Poor me.;-)
ReplyDeletexoxo
belts instant kick up an outfit up a notch, i need to pull some of mine out of retirement!
ReplyDeleteVery inspirational post. I'm glad that the humble belt has been having a fashion moment over the last couple of years, it can really make an outfit as all of these images show
ReplyDeleteI love belts too, I wear them all the time!

ReplyDeletetotally fab and fun - LOVE the zebra print - I have a skinny one like that and cant stop wearing it but its starting to get a little bald spot!
ReplyDeleteOMG Salvatore Ferragamo's whole outfit is just awesome!!! *jaw drops*
ReplyDeleteI love the idea of lots of skinny belts layerd, but the wrapped belt with the big pin caught my eye too! =) They can really create an outfit.
That Valentino belt is very reminiscent of the crazy rope belts from the 80's that I see in thrift stores all the time.
ReplyDeleteLove the Fendi belt with the pouch!
Ooooh! I especially like the bow one!
ReplyDeleteI like to wear belts to sinch in loose tops.

ReplyDeleteim obsessed with belts. i love the MJ one with the safety pin and of course the chanel jeweled leaves!!
ReplyDeletei love belt, just makes a gal's waist look so tiny and feminine. that emporio armani belt is very pretty on. i tried it in the store and it's very pretty very black or raspberry.
ReplyDeleteI love the bicycle buckle!
ReplyDeleteomg, is that esther canadas in the white dress? she still models? i used to love her. i remember her donna karan ads w/mark vanderloo. they were so hot together.
