Talk about a fashionable ride! Many thanks to Fellow Fashionista and Artist Fifi Flowers, who recently sent CC the following prize – a set of lovely note card prints of eight Fifi Originals, complete with CC’s fave, a gorgeously rendered bicycle in front of a clothing shoppe (see top left). Yay for winning fabulous artwork with a transportation/fashion theme! Be sure to visit Fifi Flowers Design Decor here.
A curious combo or a match made in heaven? Fashion advertising is heavily dependent these days on transportation, it seems. From the Jet Set glam of Michael Kors to Jil Sander’s Subway Chic, fashion is in motion!

ReplyDeleteThose dummy models (the ones that look like crash dummies) make me queasy for some reason.
ReplyDeleteI do like that shot of that girl looking angry and frustrated in black hair and a silver sequined dress coming out.. Fabulous.
Fabulously Broke in the City
Just a girl trying to find a balance between being a Shopaholic and a Saver...
Oh, what lovely pics!

xoxo: Janet
thank you so much, you said you like my blog, that i'm very deeply honored .
ReplyDeleteBrilliant. Nice to see Topshop models from my home land there! x
ReplyDeleteI love the picture of the bike in front of the clothes shop too! What a wonderful card! Some pictures of people riding bikes look so glamourous, so retro, somehow. That's weird, bikes on the runway! I haven't seen that before! But it's really useful, this way you can see what the clothes look like when you're actually doing something that you do everyday, not just what they look like when you're walking up and down in a straight line!
ReplyDeletexoxox,
Cate
