  7. i absolutely love ruffles! they make clothes so interesting. that sonia rykiel ruffled top is to die for. wow, that would look so good with quite a variety of things and it has such a romantic and feminine quality to it. the colors are just so...perfect. i really love it!

  31. i'm not usually drawn to ruffles- maybe it's in consideration of my petite frame (excess fabric + small stature = bulk). or perhaps some concern about appearing too little-girly (again, small frame). but many of these, i would certainly wear!

  73. Insanely cool! I can honestly say that I have never seen this many ruffles on one page, ever. The golden and red pieces (#2 and #3 are my favorite) - who are the designers? (it's hard to tell from the post). Also, it looks absolutely funky-fresh on a shoe and a purse. Love it! Thanks for such a well researched post and such a collection of fabulous photos.
