I like it very much!
ReplyDeleteSo British!

The beaded puff sleeve dress is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI loved that sass & bide harlequin look on the runway, missed them this season in new york!
ReplyDeleteSo nice! Perfect for autumn.
ReplyDeleteI love this pattern, every year it comes back so I can reuse my clothes like it was de first time.
ReplyDeleteTom
I'm so glad you featured The Clothes Horse in this post because that's one of my fave looks of hers! Last week when the weather was colder I dug out a white, orange, and pink argyle sweater I'd bought last year (I have a picture of it here).
ReplyDeleteI'm a little mixed on whether or not I like argyl, I think for me, I like it better when it's done in either an innovative way or a understated way such as the Balmain dress. It's not obvious in-your-face argyl and I like that! :)
ReplyDeletexoxo,
S-C
for some reason i really like argyle on a man.
ReplyDeletei dig the nerd look :)
great post, as always beautiful carrie.
Hi there-this is a great trend, I shall borrow my sons grey and pink argyle v neck sweater, haha!!
ReplyDeleteI love the sweaters!
ReplyDeleteGreat look, love the ovet the knee socks!
ReplyDeleteSo true - you gotta love argyle - I'm also a sucker for fair isle too!
ReplyDeleteWow, love the Marni and Twinkle clothes! <3
ReplyDeleteI got an argyle sweater last year for the first time ever!
ReplyDeleteIt seems like typical busines or college pattern for me :) I like it!!!
ReplyDeletei love that turquoise cardigan. i think this pattern looks really cool on guys, i love old people style!
ReplyDeleteI am wanting an argyle sweater. Great assortment to choose from!
ReplyDeletelove argyle! i don't think it's ever not in style :)
ReplyDeleteconservative but savvy. i like christie's dress.
ReplyDeleteI had a love affair with argyle in high school. =D I still have my leftover 3/4 sleeve v-neck argyle sweater and my knee high argyle socks. I have some argyle tights from Saks but they're way too big! they bunch up and end up looking like pants. I think I might juts cut off the feet and wear them as pants. They're certainly opaque enough. =D
ReplyDeleteI am so glad argyle is back! I have a few sweaters I was going to put on craigslist from Abercrombie from years back. Great post!!!
ReplyDeletelove the light blue dress ( i just didnt get who's the designer... is it moschino?)
ReplyDeleteGosh, Argyle has never looked so versatile! I love it in all its' many forms, especially cardigans and sweaters and tights.
ReplyDeleteThe pictures here are so lovely!
Argyle, my greatest weakness!
ReplyDeleteOO I love preppy look, for woman or for men,its fun,Lovve the soks and the rain boots!!
ReplyDeletei love it..esp on sweaters and cardigans!!
ReplyDeleteI loved how you used "icious" in your title! :D Hahaha. Argyle is seriously my favorite pattern. Either that or plaid, but anyway, I love argyle sweaters, socks, shirts.. and those oxford booties! XD Uh-mazing.
ReplyDeletepeace&love
nicole.
I love the preppiness of argyle. That Moschino look is adorable.
ReplyDeletei heart nerdy hot! look at mr. d!
ReplyDeleteI agree Argyles are everywhere. I like this trend ! :)
ReplyDeleteI totally need the sweater that the male model is wearing!
ReplyDeleteI love that Balmain dress. Oh that collection is perfection.
ReplyDeleteI must say as much as I try to steer clear of argyle, I love it (moreso on women)as long as it doesn't get too preppy. Brooks Brothers is doing some amazing things in argyle.
ReplyDeleteI heart argyle on other people, though not on me. A lovely selection!
ReplyDeleteSo fun - I love this kind of look!
ReplyDeleteI really like blue dress
ReplyDeleteIt has a nice antique (not in a bad way) feel to it...Perhaps a classic feel would be a better way of putting it :)
ReplyDeleteargylicious IN DEED!!!
ReplyDeleteI love the incorporation of the clothes horse! Your posts are always so inclusive and comprehensive, it's like I needn't check anything else
I love argyles but own few things - tights and 2 sweaters.
This is a hard sell for me but i do like some of those less obvious dress are quite nice
ReplyDeletelove this print..it is rocks for me..not like plaid
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT. I want those F21 oxfords! And the Marni, Gucci and TopShop outfits of course :)
ReplyDeleteI love those sweaters... I bet my granpa has lots of them... they are so chic!!
ReplyDeletelove love love argyle!
ReplyDeleteI love it !!
ReplyDeleteLooks classy and elegant
How do you pronounce that word? I'd better look it up.
ReplyDeleteAnother new fashion vocab for me. Very educational.
I'm definately loving the come back...can't wait to wear it :) I especially love Marni's look - the mix of patterns is really fresh
ReplyDeleteWOOOOOOOOOW LOVE THEM ALL
