T is for Tiers!

We’ve addressed the armadillo and the ruffle, now it’s on to titillating tiers!

Tiers are romantic and ladylike, and surprisingly flattering!

For fall, pick one tiered piece that you love, be it a frock, a skirt or a blouse!

  7. I have always had a thing for tiers! In fact I have a top from forever21 that looks like the blue one toward the bottom (unfortunately it's in this horrible green).
