F is for Fluorescent

Piggybacking on yesterday's electric eighties post, today's CC ABC is all about neon brights.
Honest, it's a trend! Just see the evidence!
As Gisele and Mary-Kate demonstrate, a little pop of color is very chic!

On the runways, there was MAJOR [thanks, Vicky B - it's seeped into CC's lexicon] neon signage.

  2. I have a hard time with colours this bright but I love the editorial look of them! The Lacroix in particular is divine. And I would of course wear MK's entire outfit in a new york minute (ahhhh Olsen reference, I am such a geek for them, it's sad)

  12. I like this version of fluorescent fashion - it's much more mature and grown up then the previous forays into the neon spectrum, which I thought were too childish. I particularly love MK's shoes!

  13. I am a fan of bright colors. Its better to choose a bright colored
piece and pair it with something
    black. White and neutrals work
    as well though.

  21. great post! You've inspired me- usually I don't ever veer into fluorescents, but you found so many ways to do it in small doses. Love this alphabet idea of yours!

  22. Fluoresecent yellow has always been one of my favorite colors (I used to blind people with a fleece in that color...literally kids at school would complain of headaches and distraction when I wore it!) and I'm so glad to see it popping especially as accents. It looks divine in the glam/gothic jewelry!

  23. Savvs - Yes! Flouorescent is back!

Farren - style.com credits the MK outfit to the designer stading next to her in the photo, Giambattista Valli; not sure if that includes the shoes . . . .

Thanks for all your amazing comments, darlings!
